Back operators who sell real things to real people, and size every position so it can afford to be patient.

Blackfern Holdings is a private holding company. It holds early positions in consumer brands and in the software that runs them, alongside operating companies built in house. It does not raise outside capital and it does not run a fund, which keeps the incentives simple and the timeline long.

The work happens close to the ground. Every position is one where being useful in the first few years matters more than the size of the check, and where the people building the thing would rather have an operator on the cap table than a logo.
